Job Description/Requirement
- Lead and mentor various departments, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the departments, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Set performance goals and objectives for the team, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Managing Cambodia & Singapore branch office and businesses for the Company.
- Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
- Strong management skills: planning, organizing, communicating, negotiating, implementing and problem-solving
- Preparing timely reports and analysis as per required by BOD
- Team work with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- All others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed by CEO/BOD/ Shareholders
- Oversee the entire operations and various businesses in Cambodia
- Supports Management in providing leadership and management direction with effective Company/Business strategy, through active participation in policy-making and necessary implementation. Aligned with company’s goals and objectives, yet remain current Company’s culture
- Oversee General Business Operations, ensuring governance and compliance
- Reviews and manages risks, including implement internal controls and insurance placements, etc. to mitigate risk, wherever possible
Job Requirement
- Must possess a Professional qualification & experience in Business or Real Estate related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field is a plus.
- Required to base in Cambodia
- Must be a hands-on personnel with high level of integrity, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
- Must be able to travel upon required by the Company
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a MUST
- Vast experience handling International Funds/Investors/Corporates
- Strong system implementation, Innovative & best practice experiences. Able to up keep with technology advancement related in real estate segment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders and global investors
- Professional certifications are highly desirable
